The artist should be credited when reposting the artwork online.

Commercial use of the artwork would be charged extra. The additional payment is quarter of the original price.
(i.e Total price = 125% Original Price)

Commercial use incorporates financial transactions and/or commercial gain involving the artwork. Examples are book covers, posters and t-shirt prints for sale.

The artist should still be credited when publicly presenting the artwork commercially.

Single commission may be turned over the next day or up to 6 days and may exceed depending on the complexity. Certain day/s of turnover is included in the pricelist table.

I will send updates of every major progress. You may suggest small changes free of charge before completion.

Upon completion, you may suggest minor revisions up to 5 times.

There may be delays due to unforeseeable circumstances such as health issues, calamities and the like.

The completed commission is sent primarily via email. The final commission consists of the final artwork in .JPG and .PNG files unless specified otherwise.

Every client who reorders will have a 5% discount on any future commission. Kindly use the same details as I may note the transaction as another client.

For Short-term Projects
Payment of 50% upfront upon the start of the commission. The half or final payment would be provided upon completion.

For Long-term Projects
Payment of 10% upfront upon the start of the commission. Other payments would be provided upon completion of each milestone.
(e.g. 10% down payment + 18% rough draft and text fitting
based on storyboard + 18% lineart and texts + 18% flatting + 18% color + 18% final edits = total price of a comic episode)

No refunds after the down payment.

I accept payments via Paypal, GCash, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Mayabank or Metrobank. Currency accepted are US Dollars ($USD) and Philippine Peso (₱PHP).

I will likely explain the reason for declining out of courtesy. However, I have the right to refuse any commission request without needing to explain the reason.

I reserve the right to stop working on a commission, or cancel a commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or a breach of these Terms of Service.
